Once QUALIFIED, personnel will gain experience in the field and accumulate a prescribed volume of hours. Thereafter they are tested to assess their ability to carry out the skill compliantly. Once successful, the are certified as COMPETENT.
Once personnel are both QUALIFIED and COMPETENT, they are AUTHORISED by GLOBAL RISER to use the skill-set on behalf of GLOBAL RISER.
