Location:
New Iberia, Lafayette
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Including, but not limited to:
- Maintain Bookkeeping records
- Accurate data processing – Creditors / Debtors
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Age Analysis reconciliation
- Local tax reconciliation and submissions
- Administrative and clerical dues (including filing)
- Credit Applications
- Any financial reports as requested by management
- Any other dues / tasks as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree, Diploma or related other financial qualification.
 OR
- Proven industry related proficiency based on 2 years of experience.
SKILLS:
The following are the minimum skills required to perform the function:
- Windows 10, Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Sage experience will be advantageous
- Analytical Thinker
