Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to:

•  Analyzing required document and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project scope

•  Prepare and presenting estimation for the project, including labour, materials, equipment’s, etc. accordingly to the scope of work

•  Determine key variables for cost and other estimations

•  Resolving cost estimating issues

•  Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and contractors

•  Provide recommendation for reducing costs

•  To prepare a details costs analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work

•  Compiling and recording actual costs

•  Perform complete analysis and cost validation; resolve discrepancies

•  Maintain costs data base

•  Continuously update technical knowledge

•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

•  Other can be added as per company needs.

Qualifications:
•  Mechanical Engineering Qualification

•  Expertise with analytic tools

•  Report writing and strategic planning skills

•  Ability to read in interpret technical documents
